1KG fire extinguisher vs SAT119

Can a 1KG fire extinguisher really put out fire? A test was done on the effectiveness of 1kg fire extinguisher and here's the result!
If fire could not be quenched with 1KG fire extinguisher, what about the aerosol fire extinguishers?
