Kids Get in a Brawl, Cop Tases One in The Face!

Canadian cop tases kid in face. Two teenagers in Canada began brawling on the streets of London, Ontario just shy of noon this week. Police showed up to calm things down, but instead of attempting to mediate, one cop fires a Taser at the head of a 17 year old.
