Texas Roadhouse Meat Cutting Challenge
The Texas Roadhouse Meat Cutting Challenge is an event that pits butchers from Roadhouse locations all over the US against each other. The goal is to cut a selection of perfect steaks. This is a preliminary round that happened in Louisville, Kentucky in 2011.
